Record description
Blockaid is a blockchain transaction-security vendor that investigated the October 29, 2026 Binance wallet compromise. Its published on-chain reconstruction examines a type-4 Ethereum transaction carrying fifty nonce-candidate EIP-7702 authorizations, forty-nine invalid and one effective. The single effective entry installed attacker-selected execution code. That accounting must not be rewritten as fifty active delegations or conflated with Binance's differently worded signing chronology.
Blockaid also describes its alerting times and product response. Those performance statements are vendor reports, not an independent precision-recall benchmark or proof of money saved. The chain transaction and continuing authority are more directly inspectable than the attacker's earlier AI-tool interaction inside Binance. The entity therefore supplies the technical evidence role for on-chain delegated authority, rather than acting as an independent source for unobserved model prompts, attacker identity or internal access steps.
