Arc is the ServiceNow persistent employee agent released for supported EmployeeWorks products on macOS in October 2026. It keeps workflow and skill context across applications and can build missing integrations through a software sandbox. Windows availability and its announced hardware-backed AI Passport enforcement were future roadmap items, not features established as running in general availability.
Arc may continue employee workflows with memory and generated integrations across connected enterprise tools. Those generated connectors must be checked for actual permissions, data provenance and review, particularly because future signed-hardware enforcement from AI Passport is not already inherited by every Arc session.
